At REEF Perfumes, we want you to be completely satisfied with your signature scent. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we offer a 14-day return policy for items in their original, unopened packaging.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Contact our customer concierge team via email or our online portal within 14 days of receiving your fragrance to request a Return Authorization (RA) number.

  Secure Packaging

  Place the perfume in its original box and shrink-wrap, ensuring it is securely packed in a shipping carton to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided return label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location; please retain your tracking receipt for verification.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our quality control team verifies the item is unused and sealed, your refund or exchange will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
